1 Definitions and Interpretation

In this document, the following terms carry the meanings as stated:

• "Platform" refers to the w2win website accessible at https://w2win.one and all related applications.
• "Player" or "User" refers to any individual who registers for or uses the services offered by w2win.
• "Account" refers to a user account validly registered on the w2win platform.
• "Real Money" refers to funds deposited by a player into their account for the purpose of wagering.
• "Bonus Money" refers to promotional credits granted by w2win to players subject to the wagering conditions set out.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered before any winnings arising from it are eligible for withdrawal.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

Use of the w2win platform is restricted to individuals who meet the following conditions:

• Aged 21 and above on the date of registration.
• Not a citizen or resident of a region that prohibits online gambling activities.
• Possesses full legal capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement.
• Does not hold more than one active account on the w2win platform at any time.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

All withdrawal requests will be processed within 1 hour after identity verification is complete. w2win reserves the right to request supporting documents such as a copy of your MyKad or bank statement to ensure transaction security.

4 Bonuses and Promotions

w2win offers various promotions to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the wagering requirements set out and must be read together with the specific terms of each promotion concerned.

Welcome Bonus: New players are eligible for a first bonus of 100% up to RM500 on their first deposit. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 15 times the bonus amount before any winnings arising from it can be withdrawn.

The w2win VIP Programme offers three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Players at the Bronze tier enjoy weekly cashback of up to 0.3%, Silver up to 0.5%, and Gold up to 0.8%. Progression through VIP tiers depends on a player's wagering activity and loyalty to the platform.

• Bonuses may only be used on eligible games as specified in the respective promotion terms.
• w2win reserves the right to cancel any bonus if there is evidence of abuse or fraud.
• If an account is closed before the wagering requirement is met, any unreleased bonus funds will be forfeited.
• One promotion cannot be combined with another unless clearly stated.

5 Game Rules

All games available on the w2win platform, including online slots, live casino, sports betting and esports, are subject to their respective game rules. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before placing bets.

• Game results are final and cannot be disputed except in cases of clearly proven technical error.

6 Prohibited Player Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the w2win platform and may result in an account being suspended or permanently closed without any compensation:

• Colluding with other players to exploit the bonus system or games (bonus abuse).
• Opening multiple accounts to cheat the promotions system.
• Using a credit card or e-wallet that does not belong to you to deposit funds.

7 Account Closure and Suspension

w2win reserves the right to suspend or close a player's account for the following reasons:

• A request for account closure by the player themselves on grounds of self-exclusion.
• Instructions from the relevant regulatory authority.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact w2win's customer service via live chat or email. Any valid remaining funds in the account will be returned once all verification requirements have been met and there are no transactions still under review.
